EAD Renewal when H-1b extension is in Initial Review Status

Hello Immegration Voice,

My EAD is up for renewal in 2013 March 7th, I want to apply for my EAD renewal however my current H-1b extension status is still in pending (applied August 16th) and me previous H1-b obviously expired on Sep 14th ( also i-94 is expired ). Will there be any issue if i file for my EAD renewal because of my current H1-b extension status is still pending and I -94 is expired.

Please help. This is my first post and just joined. I willing to donate to IV for help.
