bhlpimmi is on a distinguished road
Unhappy 485 package sent back with reject notice of missing doc.
Submitted 485 as part of the July bulletin and reject status received on 15thSept2007. I had received my 485 package back, with reject remarks as missing i-797 (140status, which has been enclosed already) and to resubmit at Nebraska center, It looks like an overlook by USCIS , please suggest if any one had such issues and how to proceed.

Did you have a cover page enlisting the documents you submitted? Do all documents submitted have stamps?

I mean, did USCIS put some marking on each page of the documents you submitted to show that each really reach USCIS at that date?

the checks have been endorsed but not encashed and also a docID# has been endorsed on all the applications along with recipt date (20thJuly2007)

Default Increasing rejections on July filings
Dear All, We are seeing quite good number of accepted receipt notices but I heard from attorneys that there are also getting quite a good amount of rejections on the july filings and some are clear mistakes from USCIS, Please post your advice if any that would be a big help to people going through the rejection issues.
