Question Spouse EAD received primary still pending
Hi Guys,
In my case dependant has got EAD but the primary applicant status is still pending, has anyone got similar situation.Thanks for you reply

I am in the same situation....My spouse got EAD and AP a month ago...My case is still pending...I am a july 2nd filer....It's been a month I am waiting on this...

Default Don't Worry!
You will get it soon. I got my EAD - 6 days after my wife got hers. Since the secondary applicant has got it, primary applicant should get it soon too. I understand it is a mess and will be unnecessary tension till you get it. But don't worry!

Got receipts from VSC 10/16
485 transferred back to TSC 10/16
My EAD - Card Prod ordered 10/24
But until today, my wife EAD is saying "Case received and pending."
Did any one in the same situation, please post here...

Today i checked in the website, My wife EAD is directly changed from 'Card production ordered' to 'Approval notice sent'.

Question .
Query on Advance Payrol. Send Clear Copies of Passports and I 94 Cards.
Question? Does I need to send all I 94 Cards of each H1B and all copies of passports with all pages.

I appreciate your suggestions..
