Eb2 India April 2006 485 filed July 3rd Rejected 485 Nov 2 - Fees and no I140 refiled 485 at Texas on Nov 2 Waiting for response ( god help me) Kindly share if u are in the same situation. thx waitforgc123

Saibaba - what is special handling ( bypass mailroom) - My lawyer did the refile. So I am not sure how it would work.

When you re-file- USCIS sometimes sends you special instructions to do so- and those include bypassing the mail room and goes straight to the supervisor

Receipt tracker of 485, EAD and AP applications
Dear friends,
Please help. Here is my situation. Filed I485/1765/I131 on Jul 6th for my, wife & son withe single check $1745 +$70 (FP) +$70 (FP). All the fee are correct except my attorney has included I765 for my son (5 yrs) & didn't include fee & didn't mention this I765 in cover letter. But later sent the letter to USCIS to withdraw I 765 for my son. Received rejection application on Sept.24 saying improper fee & asked to re-submit with new fee of $1010. My attorney think that data entry error in receipt date then re-submitted with evidence of fedex delivery date. We got the receipt on Nov. 4 and FP on Nov. 20. But check not cashed yet & today recieved the application back with rejection notice saying wrong fee and asked to pay the new fee of $1010. I am confused. If anybody gone thru this situation. Please suggest ASAP. Thanks a lot.
