I485 LUD, but no I131 LUD's

My I485, I131, I 765 were all filed on July 31. However I see no updates on my I131 document which I need desperately. No LUD's on I131 Since Sept 4.

However my I485 document has a LUD of Dec 15. My fingerprinting was done in Oct and I had a LUD back then.


Does anybody know if this latest LUD on my I485 app is because of I131 approval or it could be something else ?

Pls help, I am in a very desperate state right now. Any opinion would be appreciated.

I also had an LUD on my 485 filed in July 07 PD 05. My 140 was approved on Dec 8th. I have not received FP notices yet. any guess what could be the LUD for? Do we normally see an LUD for an FP notice?

I am hoping against hope that this latest LUD on I485 is because of AP (I131). Can anybody please please tell me if they have had LUD changes on I485 because of I131 ?

The next LUD I've got on my AP was someting like approval notice sent. Samething with EAD, only it was card production ordered. I've got both my AP and EAD, and none of them caused a LUD on my 485. My most recent two one day each 485 LUDs were occured right after my FP taken. Since that nothing has happened.

They are not suppose to look at the 485 case if either FP not taken, or name check not clear. I guess any LUD before that is not related to appoval or nenial of the case.

I have a situation here....i travel a lot due to a contracting job and take my family with me...we shift every 6 months once...due to this we had to face a lot of hassle in receiving fp notice and ap,ead etc...is it ok for us to use a p.o box address?so that i can get my mails every week whereever i am.....please advice...looking forward to your replies....

Guess you can. I've seen a person gave USCIS po box, because he lived in a sublet, and his name was not on the mail box. He had not problem receiving stuff from USCIS. But I'd confirm it with USCIS before I would do it. Even if you decide to do, make change for each application.

I got a LUD on my I140 on 12/15/2007, which was approved in August 2005... Any inputs on why it happend?
