Default AP expired return on parolee status
My AP expired July 1 but my parolee status stamped on the July 1expired AP in untill Dec 20th. Can I travel out of the country and return in November without applying for another AP based on the parolee status stamp?

NO. Parole stamp does not extend the validity of original Parole document

number30 is correct. DONOT travel with an expired AP. The Parole stamp does not govern the validity of the AP itself. Please apply for a new AP and have that AP IN HAND before traveling. If not, your GC will be deemed ABANDONED.
