If you have filed your I-485 after the August 2007 increase in filing fee, you don't have to pay for your renewal. Applicants with receipt date of August 2007 or earlier will have to pay $380 for renewal.

call USCIS about the Fees
Please call USCIS for the fees. Otherwise they send your packet requiring the fee. I faced that problem.
