H1B fraud

Hi,
A company by name SEGI Corp, NJ took $2000 for the h1b application for the year 2010. I have not received my receipt no yet. We asked them to return back our money thinking they are fraud. Initially they agreed to return back our money. Later they are not replying my mails or picking up my calls.
They haven't returned my money back. They have done this to many people apart from me. They seem to be fraud.
Is there any way I can get back my money from them? I have proof of all the email interactions with them and we transferred the money into their account. Please let me know is there anyway i can get back my money? If I were to complain to some authorities, who will it be and what kind of information i should have on hand? By doing this will I be in any sort of trouble legally? Kindly reply my queries.

and you can clearly see through the responses on that site that these folks have joined exactly a month apart to demonize the tech companies run by immigrants... exactly around that time someone posted the same information here on IV.. She has all the responses that she needed on that thread.. why open new thread and keep it on top?

Please provide more details so we can report you to USCIS as well. Giving money for H1 processing is illegal..you are an accomplice in the crime as well. You dont even have a valid job and you pay to get your papers processed and now you call that fraud?
