Default Self porting question
Can I self port my 485 application and work on EAD and join my current or a different employer when I get a RFE from CIS.

Is this doable? I am just trying to figure out if I can jump start my own company on EAD.

Help me with valuable suggestions please.

If you are the original petitioner, then you cant start your own company and be the employee with the job profile being your I-140 mentioned job desc.
You can do it as a part time as long as you can mention that you are with an employer where you job profile is same/similar to I-140.
Ofcourse, your spouse, as an applicant for derivative AOS can do anything she wants.
