What is the safest condition of leaving GC processing company and joining new company, if I have EAD and approved 1-140?

better way
1. H1B transfer

safe,

1. Use your EAD
2. AC-21

I have read a lot og H1B denials so i am myself going to file AC-21. (no H1B transfer)

Another thing I would like to mention. My I-140 got approved couple months back but applied I-485 during July 2007, so it's more then 180 days for I-485 not for I-140.

Any suggestion.
