Processing time

My priority date is now current.
The Texas service center is showing the below:
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status Employment-based adjustment applications January 18, 2011

Jan 18, 2011? Whereas Nebraska shows 4 months processing time.
Any idea what this means?

Anyone knows what the actual 485 processing time is for Texas Service Center.

For TSC the oldest application that is still pending to be processed was filed on Jan 18. Basically if your filing date/notice date is anytime after that date, you cannot create a service request. For NSC, they have a 4 month processing turn around, so basically if you filed at NSC and its been 4 months since you filed your application, you can create a service request. The processing times are updated once every month on or about the 15th of each month.
TSC had 4 months as their processing time upto Jul 15. They changed it to Jan at that time.

My priority date is July 2002. If the center is processing Jan 2011, can I ask them for status of my request or no?
Also what does it mean in terms of processing times?

Not...unless your filed I-485 before January 18th 2011 @ TSC.

January 18th 2011 is NOT the earliest PD that they are processing, but the applications that TSC received on that date.
So, applications that reached TSC on/after Jaunary 18th 2011 CANNOT inquire about the status.

1. The 485 was filed in July 2007
2. My priority date (July 2002) becomes current in Nov 2011

So:
1. Am I eligible to inquire
2. Any idea what the processing time is for TSC?

The processing time indicated is for your I-485 application and does not depend on your priority date. How were you able to file your 485 in July ? Your priority date is June 2002 in EB3I. Which was at 01MAY02 in July. Not really sure what your question is.

There was a window that briefly opened in July.
I see that your 485 filing date is July 2007 as well.

I did create an SR when my date was current. I think you should too. So Yes you are eligible to file for an SR.

When you file an SR your PD must be current. Otherwise there is not much they can do about your application other than letting you know that "You are not current, yet". File a SR in the first week of November instead.

I think the user is current for the last two bulletins. The priority date on the profile is June 2002 for EB3 India.
