Immigration Doctor in NJ/NYC?

hi,
Myself, wife and 2 year old son need to take medical exams for I-485.. Being from India having BCG vaccination in blood, we have the likelyhood of the TB skin test becoming falsely positive. Given this, please help by sharing details of any experienced doctor in New Jersey (or in New York City) that you have been to:

1. A doctor whom you found that the doctor does not forcebly put us on toxic liver damaging 9 month medication, even though such treatment is not mandatory when chest x-ray is negative for TB.
2. A doctor whom you found that the doctor understands clearly what is the difference between "recomended" and "required" when it comes to contacting TB Control Program of the local health department for referring us to further unnecessary evaluations.


I also have heard that IGRA TB Gold test is an alternative that can avoid false-positive TB test due to BCG, but is not offered by all immigration doctors due to logistics/cost. Any inputs in this regard should also be very helpful.
