Hi

I got a LUD on my 485 and 765(EAD) cases. The current status says

Current Status : Document mailed to applicant.

on sept 5th 2007 we mailed the dcument to the address we have on file. please wait for 30 days before giving us a call ...etc etc.

I have already recievd my EAD and my Finger Printing notice before this update. I am wondering what could it be.

Is there anyone else who got this kind of message? My Case is in TSC.

When did you file your 485? If it is recently, then surely not some approval document. it might be rfe.

But RFE usually says "request for further evidence" and couple of days ago my 765(EAD) said Case approved, now it sayd document mailed. that means there is an rfe after EAD approval??

This stayus is shown on your EAD case or 485 case? Your initial message suggests it is on boths.?

Funny pls update us if you get anything other than the EAD. For now i dont think any of us know what the answer is

I got EAD and finger printing Notice. i got both of them almost more then one week before this message.

Then it is possible that they were late in updating status. This does not explain the 485 update which may just be a mistake.

But if you receive any documents, do provide an update .

hi funny, i have the same thing on my EAD , I140, AP and 485 dated today, could you please let me know why this happened. FYI I went for FP last week. It happened in 3days. Please reply . Cheers

Does the current status on 485 say "document mailed" or is it just 765.

If it is 485, your GC is approved. Congratulations and Enjoy !!!!

There are couple of folks who got their GC in Sept and who had filed in June 1st week.

hi, my 485 status changed to "document mailed to applicant" but I see the LUD on all my receipts. I have already got my EAD and AP approved 2 weeks before. I gave my FP last week. First day of FP I saw the LUD on my 485 . Then I thought normal. Again saw it on 2nd day . again saw it on 3rd day and 3rd day the status changed to "document mailed to applicant". Just worrying that whether it is RFE or FP is no good etc. Please share your thoughts. Thx

Its cant be RFE or status would say RFE clearly.
yes tehre are some folks who have received approvals in 90 days.

Dont worry , this is just an update. It happened to me on my H1 after a week I received my hard copy.
