When I called them, they said it's not been schedule yet. They didn't tell me whether my FP has been ordered or not. I guess for your case, they are just waiting for ASC availability. I also talked to 2nd level representative and she also told me that I haven't been schedule for FP. Hope this helps.

I am in the same boat. Received EAD/AP but no FP notice yet. Case is pending in TSC where as EAD/AP are from CSC.

In the case of myself and my other 3 friends/relatives cases have been filed in NSC and we all got our FP notices within 2 weeks of the date of First LUD of EAD. Small sample base but thought to note down.

Default TSC got EADs no FP in sight
Guys,

I asked my lawyer about FP notices.

He said that it is depended on location for FP cheduling ( where you live) and which service center.

Mine is TSC and live is Austin, tx, i received EADs on 10/2 and case recipts on 09/27 ( RD is 9/17).

Not sure where is this FP notice.

Default Got FP notices but NO EAD/AP
Both myself and my wife got FP notices, but no EAD/AP.

Is there any pattern for not getting EAD, i mean people with older priority dates get FP first.... or is it crazy processing by cis?

for some reason my FP notice date and EAD approval date were the same. got my EAD today. FP will be on October 20...
