LUD on 140

Hi All,

My 140 was approved in Jul, 2006. I was scheduled to go for Fingerprinting today morning as part of my 485 Adjustment of Status process. But was I noticed on USCIS website that my 140 LUD was shown updated on 11th Nov (this week). Is this normal, or Do I need to watch out for something? I thought once 140 is approved its done.

julsun I also noticed a LUD of 11/11/2007(Sunday) on my 140 case status! My 140 was also approved long time back, July 2006.

Hope our company's are not revoking our I140s :-)

Honestly I am not sure but this whole process is so crazy and USCIS is so capable, that anything can happen. But its still confusing why they would update ur approved I140 from more than a year ago!

An IO just going through the 140 can result in a LUD, may be they are working our 485’s and cross referring the 140!! I don’t think anyone is “revoking” our 140’s

If we change employer after EAD does the current employer has the capability to cancel the I-140...

My I-140 also got a LUD on Sunday the 11th. My H1B renewal is in process.

This seem to be a "soft touch" by the system.
