How long for FP notice

Received email from Attorneys today that they got my FP Notice on the 10th. They said I'm supposed to get my own copy directly from USCIS, but if I don't, they will send me theirs and I can take that along. Anyone from TSC who filed in Dec/Jan-Start and still waiting for FP Notice check with your attorneys if they received the FP Notice.

Congrats!! in the case type for your FP notice does it mention both 485 and 765 or just 485? Mine mentions only 485. i am confused/concerned, as I understand it should mention both AOS well as EAD.

hi... mine also says 485 only.. what makes you think it should say 765 also? i thought fp was only for 485... will have to check with others...

Mine says I485 & I765.

I had read on some forum (or maybe this) that if you have traveled abroad and re-entered within the last 1 year, then FP is only required for I-485. Don't know if this is true or not.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. It is NSC.

But my Bro-In-Law who applied on Jan 20th, his PD is Sep 08 and his RD is Jan 22, ND is Jan 26th and NSC has not recived his FP notice yet. But he did get his EAD and AP last week.

Things must be in chaos because of all the applications that probably were filed in jan and feb.

I am in the same boat. But I heard that people with reciept date of end of Jan (probably last week of Jan) are getting FP notices....I am gonna wait for 4 weeks before I move wheels..
