Question on Advance Parole

Hello,

I will be filing my I-485 adjustment of status based on an approved family petition (I-130). I entered the US on a F category Visa and then changed status to H1. However, I have never left the country since and as such, do not have a H1 stamp on my passport. My current H1 is valid until 09/2009.

if I apply for AP along with my I485, will I need to have a stamped H1 to return? My F category Visa is no longer valid.

I just submitted my I485 along with advance parole request. I have indicated that my proposed date of travel is in December 2008. When do you think I will receive my AP?

I have applied AP and received with in 4 months but I have a printing mistake on the document is any one have the similar situation and solution for the same how to fix such issue.

please advice
