travel after applying i-485

I am in H4 visa valid till 1st of October 2008. Since our priority date becomes current in July 2007, we are planning to apply 485, EAD & AP. I already reserved a ticket in August to India on a month long trip which is a must.

Now my questions are

1. Do I need the I-797(issued after i-140) original? My spouse employer sent us a soft copy alone. Will they give us the original at the time of applying 485? If not, what is the alternate?

2. Do I need an employment verification letter again from the employer of my spouse stating my name as spouse of the employee?

3. Do my spouse needs to send the latest paystubs before my departure from India or soft copies are sufficient?
