VERY URGENT:Travelling using AP while GC Current
Hi All,
I am purchasing tickets to INDIA in an hour. Haven't thought about this much until one of my friends asked me this. My priority date is March 2005. I am planning to travel to INDIA using AP in December last week and come back in first week of Feb 2010. IF my GC gets approved during my stay in INDIA, would it a problem while coming back or if an RFE is issued, would it be a problem. Please advice Thanks
