Default I-131 - How do I talk to I/O - HELP !!!

Hello

I would appreciate your help with this one:

We applied for A/P last month and a half back. Need to urgently go to India. I took an InfoPass and went to the Local Office. The local office said mine is already approved but the stupid website still says it is pending. Local Officer expedited my wife's A/P and she got the document in mail 10 days. Even though they said mine has been approved, I nothing has come through and the website still says it is pending.

Is there a way I can talk to an I/O and ask them when they would mail the document? I tried the customer service phone number but the customer reads exactly what I see in the Website. I suspect they don't have access to more information.

Any advice will be appreciates?
