EB1 route

As you see my profile, i am EB2 December 2004.

I started my own firm in 2006 both in India and US. Since the firm exist for more than 2 yrs, do i qualify for EB1 Executive option?.

Please let me know your thoughts.

EB1 multinational manager catagory has some rules. After looking at your brief detail, I do not see that as a possibility.

Simple...You cannot have majority interest in the firm which is initiating your employment based immigration. Also, it cannot be owned/operated by your blood/close relative... sucks I know.
That's the only thing that prevents ppl from borrowing money from banks, starting a firm, and then sponsoring themselves through it. I am not saying it is very easy to accomplish this. It is just that it is easier than most people think.

Sell you company.. become an employee .. and ask them to initiate it.

You other option is EB-5 after selling it. If you don't sell it first, you will need to inject half a mil of your own fresh money to be eligible.

Just curious, what is the red color box and green color box. Sorry i am new to this site.

You had already processed EB2 and also filed I485. You are close to GC and may be you will get within an year. Why do you need to start GC in EB1? There is no logic in your question.
