Post Travelling on expired US visa and AP to Philippines and China
I may have to travel to Philippines and CHina on business in the next few weeks. I am an Indian passport holder. My H1-B petition is approved till Feb 2013 but I dont have a US visa stamp on my passport. I have an approved AP expiring in November.

Can I travel to Philippines and China and enter back to US on AP? Does anyone know if any restrictions to getting visa for these countries on this status?
