why dont you use AC21 after your I-140 gets approved, that way you wont have to restart the process.
infact, i am changing jobs now even though my i-140 has not been approved. my pd became current on april 1..so i am hoping some good news to come thru soon if i am lucky.
also my current job is in private equity totally different from my current job of a product line mgr.
