Executive MBA and I-140

This June I will be graduating from EMBA(Wharton). I started receiving very good offers from leading financial institution(Wall street) and from Big Consulting firms. On other hand my I-140 and I-485 is pending at NSC and my PD is Aug.2004(EB3 Category and 3 year degree from India).I'm hoping that my I-140 will be approved soon.

Whether can I ask my prospective employer to file my GC in EB2 category and ask them to port my PD from my original EB3 labor?.

why dont you use AC21 after your I-140 gets approved, that way you wont have to restart the process.

infact, i am changing jobs now even though my i-140 has not been approved. my pd became current on april 1..so i am hoping some good news to come thru soon if i am lucky.
also my current job is in private equity totally different from my current job of a product line mgr.
