I140 with 3 Year Degree URGENT!

My I140 has been denied 2 times. 1st time was in EB3 Professional and 2nd was in EB3 Skilled worker category. I am not sure the reason for the 2nd denial since I am waiting for the notice letter.

I urgently need an attorney who has recently cleared a few cases with 3 year degree (only 3 year degree not combination with Masters / Diploma etc)

I have 3 years degree and 1 year diploma. My labor was approved in 2007 under RIR. My company attorney was Cyrus Mehta at that time.

Bachelor or equivalent with computer related coursework for which I submitted equivalency.

I filed I 765 with Vermont service center on April 30,2009 and even got the I 797 C receipt. When I tried to check the case online it gives a message that

Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Any one has the same issue?
