EB3 Approvals here..

I do not see any EB3 alone approvals (with no porting). Can people please update here if there are any EB3 485 Approvals so that we can get some pattern out of it.

My friend do not dream for EB3 approval until EB-2 get current. I lost my hope for GC just use EAD.

Do we have any EB3 approvals in May.

My PD is 25 Feb 2002 and i am current from March. I still have not received my approval.

Can you update if you received your GC as my priority date is EB3 - June 02, 2002 and became current in sep and not sure how long should i wait.

Still waiting, Tried all possible avenues. No luck anywhere.

Gone from anticipation to waiting to disappointment to depression to helplessness.

Thanks for the update. I pray for you that you receive your GC quickly. Will let u know how my case goes. I heard that people do talk to Murthy lawyer as they are helpful and you might check with them. Personally i do not have any experience with them as they are not my lawyers ... just a suggestion if you didn't explore.

My priority date is July 20 2002, it is current now. How long should I expect anything? Any suggestions?

I am in the same boat. I am current as per December Bulletin but have not seen any updates / LUDs on my case or my Wife's case.

Has anyone in same category EB3-I, received the 'magic email'??.

Can anyone shed some light as to whats going on?. Wondering if HR3012 Bill is having any effect on this????

Its so frustrating that there is no resolution to EB3 backlogs. EB3 is still at 2002 august while EB2 is in 2009. Why can't they put in some effort to clear the backlogs rather than leaving people hopeless except to port to EB2 and wait for another 4 years for that one to move through.

I finally got approved in January 2012 my priority date was July 2002. After a long wait. Thanks to all immigration voice active members for keeping these discussions alive. I understand the frustration and pain of others in the line. Best of luck to everyone.
