Default Latest PERM fact sheet as of 2/15/2012
DOL has released the PERM factsheet as of 2/15/2012 and they are still reviewing October 2011 cases.

the denial rate has gone up to 20% and approval rate is about 74.5 %.

Also looks like they are focusing more on audit and appeal cases then standard cases.
