Me US Citizen, my husband in Spain (Process?)

I am from Madrid, became a US Citizen and just got married in Spain, where my husband still is. I mailed myself the I-130 along with 2 x G325A.

From the moment they cash the check, what are all the steps to expect?

How many months from that point until my husband will be able to enter USA? Apperently he will be receiving the Green Card but I am not sure if they will mail it to him, to me...

I live in Boston and I think my processing center is Chicago I believe.
