..but I thought, as all of my friends in my office told me, that TSC times are very fast? All the people in my office got theirs approved in less than a month.. regular processing!!!

Mine is in the process of being filed.

I seems like it is not happening now. NSC must be offloading to TSC.

How does it actually work? I mean do all the applications initially go to NSC and that, in turn, distributes the applications for processing to other centers? If yes.. on what basis does NSC distribute the applications?

Mine is at NSC
I filed it May 2006.
RFE in Jan 2007, replied RFE on 1st March,2007.
Now waiting to hear.
EB3 PD 2003 august.

I just looked up the TSC processing times - they are processing 13-SEP-06 for I140 EB2. You can figure out approx. how long it will take...its about a 6 month processing time, at least..

My wife I-140 filed on Sep 20, 2006 got approved on Oct 3, 2006. Just 10 business days at Texas

Processing was faster earlier. I think it is going to be much slower now with a significant increase in the rate or labor approvals
