USCIS Operating Performance – March 2009

I was reading the USCIS performance report for March 2009 and came across an interesting statement. Not sure if this has been posted before....

"Last year, we began issuing Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) for a two year period instead of one to these employment-based applicants to their renewal burden. In the next EAD renewal cycle we anticipate incorporating advanced parole authorization into the EAD, also for a two year validity period."

I'm sorry i couldn't create a new thread, but my comment does relate to the Uscis operating performance report.

The last one i found was for Apr 2009, wherein they make claims of preadjudicating 485s by end of FY 2009 (which has come and gone). Here is the link:

Does anyone have an idea of how to get hold of a newer version of this report and if IV core has any insight on the state of preadjudications?
