the VB usually comes out around the end of 1st week..well that has been the trend for past couple of months...so the delay this time around....what can we deduce?..;-)

What is the general rule of thumb..."more the VB gets delayed.. the higher the chances of some real movement..""

or is that some urban forum myth..;-)
