Default EB-3 Denied for education

I have been chatting with a few lawyers about a new ruling that these lawyers seem to believe can allow many who have had their EB3 denied for education reasons to refile a new I140 under their old Labor Cert (they never expire and you keep the old port date) and should meet with an approval. It does not apply to every denial, of course.

I don't want to post lawyers names here and I don't want to solicit any business for anyone but if anyone wants to contact me I can go into greater detail.

I don't have copy of it yet and I am not an attorney and do not want to give misinformaton. It has to do with the format of the labor certificate not having a designated place to enter alternative education. I can refer you to one of the attorneys who is familar with it and who will review your documents and discuss this at no charge.

IF ANYONE PROTEST ABOUT THE CHARGE WITHOUT CONSENT, SHE WILL THREATEN THEM, SHE WILL INFORM USCIS TO WITHDRAW HER EVALUATION. SO NOBODY WANT TO GET INTO TROUBLE. MANY OF MY FRIENDS BURN THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. SEND MORE COPIES AND CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE ETC.. ARE THEIR HOBBY. SHAME ON YOU.

HERE SHE IS GIVING FALSE INFO AND STARTED A THREAD. ANOTHER THREAD BY HER FRIEND OR ANOTHER AVATAR.

HERE SHE IS ASKING TO CONTACT HER. SHE IS CLEARLY DOING BUSINESS. DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP.

Come on folks, give her a break.

It is very difficult for someone who runs a business to not come across "soliciting business" when they post across forums. And that's probably not because of that someone's posts but how *we* read it!

To her credit, she seems to have tried numerous times to advertise here, etc.

Also given that she runs a business and her business is a common knowledge, she also has to guard her contribution lest it's received as legal advice!

To me, some of her posts have been useful but may not have been so to others. One can just ignore if they don't like her contribution.

No, I am not affiliated with her business and as some of you may know, I've actually appealed a I-140 denial. Was just trying to reason an alternative outlook! -

Surprising...coz. before the prior post I had two greens and now within minutes I am one red.

Not that it matters to me, but found it surprising how shortsighted and narrow minded some of us could be (possibly including me as I don't see the self propaganda on Sheila's part that some cite!)

I don't know if anyone even bothered to look it up, but there's a thread by me about my I-140 denial with a lot of detail in it in case anyone cares. I have also been a long standing member here, since much before the "issues" started.

Reflected my thoughts here only with the purpose of reason! But to each his/her own I guess! No ill meant or intended. The only interests I have is to share as much as I can on my struggle with immigration in case it helps anyone (just as some helped me) with theirs! -

All the best to those seeking immigration!

Wow...lotsa green now!

"Splendid to behold!"....that was quick!

I am honored, privileged, humbled....and all the other goody goody stuff! -

Am all teary eyed with excitement! Euphoric is the word. Fanning my face with the palm of my hand!

Now I know how it feels to win all those pageants!

Seriously though - my last post on this thread, coz. clearly I am wasting the server resources and bandwidth!

please post a link to this new ruling. its common knowledge that all LCs <180 days old have expired, whether they were old or new; so what is this about 'they never expire'?

Default Trick

This is just propaganda by her. Just get people noticed her name and asking them to contact her private (not through the forum). I just informed the forum members not get into her trap. She threaten the clients who protest her overcharge to inform USCIS to withdraw the evaluation send with I-140.
She started many threads before and her staff or friend praise her and give her credits.

Yesterday IV admin deleted a similar 'praising her' thread.

We must be wise to recognising these evil designers.

See below one of her people give me red and commented.

"From your post I would have loved to ban you for a time ...haha !...if she/he is doing business what is your problem man ?"

They want to do business here in IV. They forgot the goal of IV.
I have posted this because these people are threatening the immigrants to take money.
To give caution and help to the community is my GOAL.

I don't care green or red. I have my greencard in my pocket.

it was a case about the Labor Cert forms (they are being changed), which I do not have but any lawyer should, having to do with there being no proper place on the form to enter alternative education that would be accepted. Three attorneys told me Labor Certificates do not expire. This is a legal matter, not an evaluation matter, and therefore it should be discussed with an attorney who is familiar with it. I am not going to post attorney's names here but if you want to contact me privately I can give you the attorney that I spoke to who seems the most knowledgeable about this situation.

I would say thanks to other members for posting their comments & issuing alerts; I never expected in my dreams that some one can try to trap (as few posts suggests this group threaten to communicate to USCIS and say -ve) in this forum.

Excellent... You are amazing.... You are still saying what you want to say... and not bother to defend what other are saying about you.... hats off to you...
Well if you do not defend that means you are accepting trap allegation.
