I got a soft lud on my I-140 . Did anybody get that? My details are as follows. 140 PD dec 2006, I-140 filed Aug 16th 2007, RFE Feb 12th 2008, RFE response received from uscis April 30, 2008 - TSC

At least 10,000 soft LUDs must be generated every day. What is your question? May be going through http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=18737 (EAD e-filing experiences (EB)), you may get some idea, how soft LUDs are generated.

Today this case had hard LUD.

I got Soft LUD on my old approved I-129 filed on 06/2005 (previous employer) on this Sunday. None of my other applications are touched.

Wondering what it could be?
