Each RFE is unique. Your lawyer is the better one to counsel you depending on the evidence requested. You need to prove the experience you gained IS PRIOR to joining the sponsor. IF you are already in EB3 and trying EB2 and include the current employment years as experience, it will not be accepted - may be some cases might got have overlooked. Check with your attorney or provide sufficient details to be able to assist.

Default I-140 - RFE on EB2 Case for Progressive Experience

The RFE is about the Employer A and B experience, this EB2 Case is filed by my Employer C (Current Employer).

The Experience letter was provide from both employers A & B. The Problem I see that title with Employer A is Sr. system Analyst and the title with Employer B is System Analyst and job duties are not too different. Thats why I got the RFE asking for to Prove the experience is "Progressive". My lawyer is working on it, But I also want 2nd Opinion.

please share your success story story on this kind of RFE

If you are in touch with your Boss in the previous company, you can get a notarize letter that states he managed you and give a write up on the job responsibilities while you were working. Also ask the HR for a Employment/Experience letter with similar details as attach. Some companies, might not give the format you are asking based on Company Policy, but state the need and try to get one. I see based on your signature, you are already in 485 Queue under EB3 and looks like you are attempting to Port your PD. Good luck with your attempt !!! Post your experience as well with this and might help other in the forum.
