Urgent: Two I-140 filed same labor?

Hi Gurus/Experts,
I have filed I140 and I485 concurrently on 2nd July 2007 during July Fiasco.

After there was news that they will return the whole application packet I filed another Just I140 With the Copy of Labor Certification.

Now My I140 that was filed with I485 got approved last week.

Recently I got the email that the backup I140 with the copy of labor got denied.

I am very anxoious about this so please suggest does the denial of this second I140 will have any imppact in my application or it will not have any impact? Can I ask the employer just to revoke this denied I140?
Please suggest urgently.

2nd 140 denial wont affect your gc/485.

It was possible to file multiple 140 with same labor prior to July 13th 2007.

Now second 140 can be filed if the first 140 is denied or if there is any discrepancy.

when you said "It was possible to file multiple 140 with same labor prior to July 13th 2007", was there any rule that USCIS allowed to file multiple I140 and later abolish?
Also, what's the best thing to do with the denied I140? Good idea to withdraw or revoke or leave it alone.

hmmm... well there was labour substitution which is using the same LC apply 140 for new guy even if previous 140 was approved.

Both I140 were filed for me only. The reason we filed 2nd I140 because if first concurrent filing of I140 and 485 is somehow returned, then we would lose a chance of labor substitution since the rule to eliminate started from July16th of 2007. So I don't know why the 2nd I140 got denied? probably because the first one got approved using the same labor?

yes, I have the same feeling, your second I-140 denied due to one already approved. Try taking infopass appointment and check it out.

Since I140 is filed by the employer, In past when I tried to call USCIS, they said it must be employer or attorney. So you think infopass will help?

Does denial of 2nd I140 effects my Approved I140? I hope not, that what other member here suggested.
