RFE 4 yrs Comp. Engg Degree + 1 yr MSc CS from a reputable UK

I received an RFE requesting transcripts and saying that the degree may not be equivalent to US Masters. I wanted to check if a 4 years Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Bangladesh and 1 year MSc in Computer science from UK is equivalent to a US Masters. Please note that the entry requirement to MSc program that I completed is a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, so it is in fact an advanced degree. I got AACRAO accreditation before filing I-140 and it clearly says that this combination is equivalent to US Masters. This AACRAO accreditation was attached by my company's lawyer in the application, but still got RFE

Has anyone with this kind of degree combination ever received an RFE/Denial. Please help

Have you applied for I485? I am wondering if you have received this RFE on I140 or I485?

Though see if the position that you applied for is also accepting Bachelor's + 5 yrs.If yes, you can take that route. Or else get evaluation done from other agencies and submit them as a secondary proof.
