HI
I am in tricky situation now

I am currently working with Comapany A with valid I-94 till 10/01/2011(right now i am working with company A only).

Recently My H1B visa tranfer approved to company B, with out 1-94 card attached to approval(luckly still I am wroking with Company A only)

In this situations if I ignore company B offer and continue with Company A,since my -194 is valid with Company A and I did not start working with company B, Is there any voilations

please help me

You should be good.

In between, did you transfered to Company from some other company before transferring to Company B?

Even though you are not provided with I94 you can go for visa stamping and reenter US to make your new H1 active.

No, I got first H1b 2008 and now i am transeferring to company B.
