H1B Documents required at Port of Entry

I am currently in India and will be returning back in July 2008.
Could anyone tell me please, exactly what all documents are required at POE?

I have H1b stamped on my PP which is valid till Oct 1st 2008.
Do I need to Carry original I129(notice of Action) as I have only scanned copy of it.

Do I need I need to carry any Letter from employer also, stating that I am still working with them?

My AP was approved after I left the country can I use that as backup?

You may want to carry following things besides your passport if you are planning to enter using H1(already stamped on passport).
1. EVL (employor Verification letter)
2. I-129 (photocopy will work)
3. Pay stubs ( lastest 3 or 4)

Just to be on the safe side, bring everything you got. I brought all my documents when i went back to US last March 08 under H1B. I only showed my PP with valid H1B visa stamped (07/02/08) in the POE and was able to get through prety easy.
