Question AR-11 Question

I have applied for 485 last June and my case is pending. Recently I moved to a new place, and I am planning to file AR11.
The website states that I have to complete 2 forms.
1. For pending I485 I was asked to file through "https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa" Which I did.
2. What is the other form I have to fill?

Just AR-11 form should suffice, I had changed my address 5 months ago, had filled just AR-11 form and mailed it(i had also consulted with my lawyer)

This issue is discussed in detail before, please search. Anyway...you should fill up Ar-11 form online and then it will ask you if you have any pending applications. If you have then proceed and enter the details of the application. It will change the address for that application.

For your spouse, you have start filling up Ar-11 again and follow the same procedure.

I filled up the AR-11 form online. You have to enter the physical street address of the new place. You have to do this for yourself, spouse separately.
It then asks if you have other pending cases with USCIS, which I had. It gives you an option for entering a mailing address different than the street address on AR-11. I used a PO Box for mailing.

Even though its online, address change on the pending applications were not updated immediately. So, I called USCIS and changed it over the phone. I recommend calling and verifying the address change to make sure.
