Hi,
I am my 7th year of H1B with my current employer( lets Call Employer A) and my H1B is till January 2014. This extension is based on a GC filed by current Employer A.
I see a future lay-off or Job change( dues to some personal reasons in 2 months).
I don't know whether I can find a Job that quick.
So here is my question:
1. Can I go back to H4( on m husband's H1B) till I find the new Job with company B and then go-back on H1B as I had H1B till 2014?
or
2.Shall I keep working with company A ( even-though in lot of hardship) and then transfer my H1B to company B.
