Default Dominican Republic - New Category Added
Did anyone notice in June Visa Bulletin that Dominican Republic is added to the retrogressed country list ?

Well, can I interpret this action as an exceeding demand from other countries exists beyond a point that these countries are added to retro list ?

Will this trend diminish the effect of recapturing unused visas and removing the country cap, if these measures are implemented?
