Default F1 Student Background checks for Jobs.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Rasika. I desperately need advice from you guys. I am new to this forum and really am seeking some one to help me out here.

My Problem: I have completed my MS in CS and had applied for jobs, i have attended interviews at CISCO and they have asked me to submit my documents right from my 10th standard which i have done.

I recently got to know that the College where i did my Under graduation is no longer there. They had removed it cos they could not maintain it, and the seats were not filling up. The changed the name of the college and also the location.

My Question: Will i be having any problem during the checks conducted by CISCO? I am in a real confusion, cos this my effect me in my future trials for a job. I request you guys to let me know what are all the credentials they look into .i.e. what are the things that are considered for F1 students.

Thanks in Advance
Rasika Gulati.

I think if your university exists then it should nt be a problem, I think. My understanding is, irrespective of the college that you graduate, if your university is acredited and is a well established one there shouldnt be, hopefully, any problems. Now if the university itself doent exist, then try to get some document from your state education board that says that the university from where you passed out and the college were accredited educational institutions at the time of your passing the bachelors.
