This fight can benefit democrats. Looks like a positive step forward for the health care bill that crossed the first hurdle. Who knows. White house like any other political palace all over the world is full of surprises.

If this bill passes through to the president then CIR will be next to get limelight. But if it fails, CIR will also be left in backburner as they will try to bring back healthcare as its priority on obama's plate.

I know its not related to this forum. Since a thread is picked up, I want to shoot a question that may be in mind of a lot of us...

There is a mention of Pre-existing condition in the health care reform bill, that says Insurance companies cannot deny insurance based on pre-existing conditions. Does it apply to visitors and visitors insurance too? Maybe a lame question. But just wondering...
