40 to 90 is a bit too much. I feel like 25 years is kind of upper limit. Just like around 4 to 5 years is upper limit for Family based married to Greencard. After that the GC can become a citizen and the case become quota free.

Same way after the US born child of the H1B turns 21 he can apply for the parents and that is also quota free.

On a realistic note. We are reaching the critical juncture like the last straw that broke the camels' bacjk. At one point EB2/3 India wont be able to take the tension any more
and quit green card aspirations.

Do you know writing will help? Have you asked them? Did they reply to you? Did they not do an auto reply on immigration rather than replying to your points.

This email business is BS. Do not do it. I tried many times and did not work. Nobody reads our emails. Then finally I went to the Senator's office and met their staff.

You need to sacrifice something if you want to gain your greencard. If writing an email can get a greencard then we can write a program to send 1 email a day to every Senator for each of us.

Go take a day off, spend some gasoline and miles off your car and meet their local office if you want a greencard.
