LIA is actively seeking more people to join the 9-18 Rally. Chinese will take the IV buses or hire additional busess if neccessary. The idea here is to mobilize Chinese folks in Tri State area, we now have chinese.sword and dressking two active members in this chapter and want to talk to them on some action items.

Are there any Chinese members in TX? TX is home to ONE-THIRD of the highly skilled immigrant population.

The chinese community was very active during the San Jose rally, we all stood shoulder to shoulder and this was instrumental in the success of the rally.
There were some active members of the chinese community in the Bay area.. may be all the people at www.legalimmigrant.org should get in touch with the folks who were active during the San Jose rally.

Thanks for taking the lead on this. I had worked closely with Chinese friends at the highly successful San Jose rally and together we made a huge difference. Now it is time for a legislative, long term change to the broken immigration system.
