Sept 18th Rally: Car-pooling, Group Reservations for Air travel, hotel etc. This forums is for threads that are pertinent to Sept 18th rally. If you want to carpool to DC, travel by Air and looking for group reservation for cheaper rates with other members in your city, group reservation for Hotels, rental cars etc, please put threads here and then communicate with local IV members.

I was trying to meet you. Really wanted to put a face to the name. I think i missed a great chance to meet such an inspiring individual.

CompeteAmerica is for us... though they tend to focus on increase in h1b since they are largely finded by tech companies... I think you may be thinking of numbersUSA.

thats great.
glad i was part of history in making.
thanks to the core team and all the volunteers.
the rally was wonderful. the weather could not have been better.
i espeically liked the way we passed the flowers to the pedestrians..

Little bit of humor
One of the core team member was waving a flag that looked exactly as the national flag. i went to him and asked...hey which state flag is this?
he looked up for a sec or two and said 'i don't know... i need the national flag to wave....'
and away he went to get the national flag...
