Visitor visa I134 Urgent Help needed

Hello All,
My sister has an appointment on monday 23rd April for Visitor Visa. I have sent Original signed I134 and other documents that needs my signature by post. But she has not received it yet.

is it ok if she just carries the scanned copies of the document?

Please advise, if you had this situation before.

It is OK to carry scanned documents. 134 is not even required . Does she/your parents have enough money ? She can just show that as her source of funds

Proving the "intent to return back" is the primary factor that decides if she gets a visa. All other things are secondary. Copy of I-134 is just fine.
