GC by Asylum

Dear friends,

I got GC through asylum and I have my daughter included in the process. She
got GC with me. Even though we are now permenant residents, I am still very concerned about the consequences of travelling to China.

Will she be interrogated at the customs by Immigration Officer when she comes back from China where we are from? And she may even be deported afterwards?

If she is safe to go, does she still need Advance Parole since we got GC through asylum?
She is only 12 now.

Anybody, please help me.

Your need to talk to your lawyer about this. The whoel idea of asylum is that you can be prosecuted if you are sent back to China. But after GC if you go for a pleasure trip then what if at POE they question your claim on asylum application.
