I'm a green card holder. My husband is a U.S. Citzen. I have a daugther, she is 12 years old and she lives in Brazil. How sould we procede to get her a GC?
Can my husband apply for her?
How long does it take?
Thanks

Since you will need a lawyer for this eventually, you might as well get in touch with one right now. There are lawyers out there that specialize in this sort of family immigration, so it should not be too difficult to get one to help you move your daughter to the US. Best of luck, and please keep us posted!
