Hello,
I am planning to file for citizenship soon. However, my spouse is pending AOS. if I apply for citizenship, does my spouse go out status anytime during and after my citizenship process?
For the green card application, I am the primary and spouse is beneficiary

I would like to know if my spouse is out of status, or needs immediate action, or something else to keep her status legally valid (if she is out of status)?

Still unclear how one should proceed to file citizenship with pending AOS for spouse. I will speak to a lawyer sometime this week
