Permanent residency prior to marrying U.S. Citizen

Typically you have to be married to a u.s. Citizen for 3years or be a permanent resident for 5 years before being elgible for citizenship. I'm wondering if there's a way for someone who has been a permanent resident for 3 years and just married a U.S. citizen, to become a citizen now since the permanent residency was attained prior to marriage to a U.S. Citizen.

I dont think so . I dont think there is any bridge like that to get the citizenship
